Promising prospects for Sentinel

The Audit Commission (AC) Inspection report published today has many good comments about Sentinels services, particularly our approach to access and customer care, citing our new Customer Service Centre for providing much better services to customers. Improvements in levels of customer satisfaction and our continued comittment to supporting active customer involvement are also acknowledged. A big thank you to all the staff at Sentinel for their continued hard work and whose attitude was praised by the AC.
The rating of our prospects for improvement as promising demonstrates the significant improvements we have introduced in the last two years. Nevertheless we acknowledge that more work is needed and we will ensure this continues in the months ahead.
Within the matrix of Inspection scoring, the score we have achieved gives Sentinel a 'green light' for the future and allows us to continue our development and regeneration work.
We would like to thank the Inspectors for their hard work on the inspection and their recommendations. Over the next year we will continue the improvement of Sentinel and our services to customers.
