Sentinel Tenants and Residents Association (STARA)
Sentinel Tenants’ and Residents’ Association (STARA) is the body which represents all tenants, leaseholders and customers of Sentinel Housing Association. STARA works with Sentinel’s officers to develop, monitor and review strategy, policy, budgets and service delivery across the whole of Sentinel. STARA also nominates four members to Sentinel’s Board of Management.
Members of STARA are nominated from the membership of the two Neighbourhood Panels (see here for more information about the Panels).
There are 5 residents from the Hart area and 7 residents from the Basingstoke area on STARA. These members are:
