We've compared our latest costs and services (2010/11) with other housing organisations (with more than 7500 properties) across the country. The results from these comparisons of our range of services are used to identify areas for improvement. 

Housemark, our national housing performance club, have developed a value for money chart comparing the performance of our services delivered with their associated costs.
