Martin Nurse - Chief Executive

Martin joined in 2001, and has over 30 years' experience in the sector. He is also a member of National Housing Federation South East Committee, and involved with local strategic partnerships. As well as the other directors, departments reporting to Martin also include HR and Company Secretariat.

Val Bagnall - Executive Director

Val joined in 2002 as Development Director, before becoming Executive Director in 2008. Val has over 15 years' experience in the sector. Val oversees our Neighbourhoods, Customer Services, Property Services and Care and Support.

Lionel Haynes - Finance Director

Lionel joined in 2003 as Finance Director. He previously held a wide range of senior positions in the manufacturing and service industries. In charge of finance, IT and performance.

Mike Shepherd - Development and Regeneration Director

Mike is in charge of developing new homes, neighbourhood regeneration and home ownership.
