Who runs Sentinel?

Our 12-strong board is here to set the direction of Sentinel and monitor our performance. Five board members are tenants and the rest come from a wide variety of backgrounds in housing, finance, civil service, and construction.

Board members

	John Barker - Chair John joined us in May 2009 and became Chair in September 2009. John is the former Chief Executive of Moat Housing Group and has 35 years' experience in the affordable housing sector.
	Juliet Annesley-Gamester Sentinel resident appointed to the board in September 2010.
	Robert Barton Associate Director of a major London developer; Project Manager; a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Society for the Environment. Robert joined the Board in September 2008.
	Fran Button Fran joined the board in September 2010, bringing over 20 years' experience in the housing sector, as a former Chief Executive, Finance Director, and consultant.
	Jane Cooke A retired solicitor; former Chair of Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and member of Ability Housing Association, Jane joined the board in September 2008.
	Brian Etheridge Director, Civil Service Capability Group, Cabinet Office, Brian joined the board in September 2006.
	Bill Hall Sentinel resident and retired warranty and quality manager, Bill joined the board in September 2006.
	Lynda Hance Housing consultant and Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Lynda joined the board in September 2006.
	Dawn Moors Sentinel resident appointed to the board in September 2011. Dawn is a STARA member.
	Toby Rougier Managing Director of a corporate bank, and chair of our Audit Committee, Toby joined the board in September 2008.
	Brian Sanders Sentinel resident and former chairman of Sentinel Tenants and Residents Association (STARA), Brian joined the board in September 2010.

Our council representatives are:

• Councillors Chris Butler and Kenneth Crookes; Hart District Council.
