	Alex Sciarretta - assistant director Growth. Alex is in charge of finding sites, buying land and negotiating for us.
	Julie Porter - assistant director, Delivery. Julie is in charge of completing development projects on time, and ensuring our same high standards are applied to every new home.
	Simon Bridgen - Head of regeneration and major projects.
	Housing management and repairs contacts
	Kari Tourle - assistant director, Neighbourhoods. Kari is in charge of our housing management, resident involvement, arrears, re-letting, allocations and more.
	Steve Thorn - Neighbourhood Manager. Steve is in charge of our rented homes in north Basingstoke, covering Popley, Bramley and Chineham. Steve is also the lead on managing rent arrears.
	Beth Holmyard - Neighbourhood Manager. Beth is in charge of our rented homes in north Basingstoke and Test Valley, covering Winklebury, Basingstoke area villages, Tadley and Andover. Beth also leads on choice-based lettings and our neighbourhood caretakers.
	Chantal Mitchell - Neighbourhood Manager. Chantal's team are in charge of our rented homes in Hart, Rushmoor, East Hants, Guildford, Surrey Heath and Waverley.
	Mark Mullen - Head of Property Services. In charge of both day-to-day and planned repairs, including retrofit energy, kitchens and bathrooms, doors and windows, rewiring, gas safety, stock condition checks, and bringing empty homes up to standard before reletting

Cathryn Gee - HR manager. Cathryn is in charge of recruitment, training and some aspects of facilities management.

Zoe Moncrieff - Company Secretary. Zoe is in charge of making sure we comply with all the rules and regulations in the housing and care sectors, and leads on governance issues. She is also in charge of communications.

Pete Davies - Information Systems Manager. Pete is in charge of the computer and phone system, managing our databases and remote working.
