Development contacts

Mike Shepherd - assistant director Growth (West Berks, Test Valley, Winchester, Basingstoke, Wokingham, Bracknell). Mike is in charge of finding sites, buying land and negotiating for us in these areas.

James Pennington - assistant director Growth (Hart, Rushmoor, Guildford, Waverley, East Hants, Surrey Heath). James is in charge of finding sites, buying land, and negotiating for us in these areas.

Julie Porter - assistant director, development delivery. Julie is in charge of completing development projects on time, and ensuring our same high standards are applied to every development. 

Housing management and repairs contacts

Kari Tourle - assistant director, Neighbourhoods. Kari is in charge of our housing management, including day to day maintenance, resident involvement, arrears, re-letting, allocations and more.

Alison Bone - Neighbourhood Manager. Alison's team are in charge of our rented homes in Hart, Rushmoor, East Hants, Guildford, Surrey Heath and Waverley, and also leads on tackling antisocial behaviour.

Melissa Chapman - Neighbourhood Manager. Melissa is in charge of our rented homes in Basingstoke covering Oakridge, Limes Park, town centre and Kempshott. Melissa is also in charge of delivering our Get With™ programme.

Beth Holmyard - Neighbourhood Manager. Beth is in charge of our rented homes in north Basingstoke and Test Valley, covering Winklebury, Basingstoke area villages, Tadley and Andover. Beth also leads on introducing choice-based lettings and our neighbourhood caretakers.

Steve Thorn - Neighbourhood Manager. Steve is in charge of our rented homes in north Basingstoke, covering Popley, Bramley and Chineham. Steve is also the lead on managing rent arrears.

Howard Beresford - Planned Maintenance Manager. Howard and his team of surveyors are in charge of our £13m a year investment on major upgrades.

Corporate contacts

Cathryn Gee - HR manager. Cathryn is in charge of recruitment, training and some aspects of facilities management.

Zoe Moncrieff - Company Secretary. Zoe is in charge of making sure we comply with all the rules and regulations in the housing and care sectors, and leads on governance issues. She is also in charge of communications.

Pete Davies - Information Systems Manager. Pete is in charge of the computer and phone system, managing our databases, and remote working.

Tim Part - Care & Support Manager. Tim is in charge of managing our 14 sheltered housing schemes, our Communicare personal alarm and call-out service, and installing our range of telecare products to promote independent living.
