Booking your repair online is easy, especially if you know what the problem is.
Using our simple diagrams helps us identify your problem, and respond. You don't have to wait in all day any more either, as we carry out repairs until 8pm every night and on Saturday mornings.
Is it an emergency?
We'll respond to your online repair request within 48 hours, so if it's an emergency, please call us instead on 0800 195 5515 from a landline, or 0300 666 5515 from a mobile.
Boiler breakdown, heating problem?
For any problems with your gas boiler or other gas appliances call Central Heating Services directly on freephone 0800 917 9306.
Our heating contractor CHS was inundated with emergency calls for boiler, heating and hot water break downs during the recent big freeze. To meet the demand for emergency call outs they postponed some of the routine gas servicing and other non-urgent work.
Now the weather is improving they’re getting back on track, so if you had your appointment postponed due to the bad weather, you can expect a call soon. And don’t forget if it’s difficult for you to take time off work you can ask for an evening or Saturday morning appointment.
