What is CommuniCare?

Communicare is a 24-hour alarm and mobile response service

Sentinel's CommuniCare service enables people to continue living independently but to have the comfort and security of immediate contact when needed.

By simply pressing a button, you'll automatically link up to our contact centre in Basingstoke where staff will respond to your call and contact someone who will provide help and assistance.

The system will also be able to identify you even if you are unable to talk so that emergency help can be summoned.

Additional, optional services which are included in the Communicare package include:

  • A daily call to customers to check to confirm all is well
  • A mobile, visiting and response service in the event of an emergency
  • The safekeeping of keys
  • An out-of-hours communication service for local authorities, housing associations and private companies.
