Short-Stay Suites
A number of Sentinels developments for older people have short-stay suites, ideal for people wanting a one or two-week trial run at living in the development, for people with an illness or disability who need assistance temporarily while their partner, family or regular carers are away, or for people needing accommodation, with some support, while adaptations are done to their own home (e.g. when coming out of hospital). The suites have their own kitchen and bathroom facilities, and residents have access to the full range of services and activities during their stay.
