Our development partners

Who we work with

We’ve recently completed three development frameworks covering employers agents, architects and contractors to run for the next four years.

More than 100 businesses expressed an interest in working with us, and all were vigorously assessed in vital areas, including capability, financial strength and of course, experience in development of affordable homes.

Each had to demonstrate an understanding of constructing environmentally friendly homes to a high standard, as well as working with our residents both during and after the construction of new homes.

Eight successful applicants for each discipline were selected for each framework – a big increase on the number we previously worked with, to recognise our growing development programme.

Both regional and national partners are now involved, and each has demonstrated that they have the expertise and capability to meet our main goal of being a great landlord.
