There are loads of ways you can get involved, have your say and make a difference to the service you get from us. Whether you're really busy or have time on your hands - choices range from filling in a quick survey to becoming a full board member.

You won't be out of pocket

If you want to get involved and make a difference, we'll make it as easy as possible for you. We'll cover your babysitting, childminding, or carer costs, (up to £6 per hour) and pay for transport to get you to and from meetings or events.
