Is there a forgotten corner of your neighbourhood that could be brought back into use?
Our Community Chest offers all our residents a funding help for neighbourhood improvements or community projects that benefit everyone living in the area.
What could you do with £1000?
Residents have recently used Community Chest to:
- Transform unused allotments into attractive green space
- Turning an overgrown grass verge into a communal garden
- Music coaching to improve confidence at a homeless hostel
- New football equipment for a local youth team
- Planting in raised beds
It can be fun too
As well as improving your area, your initiatives can help turn neighbours into friends, and provide momentum to do other things.
