You have several options!Sentinel has a range of low-cost home ownership and rental options to suit your budget, property size preference and location.

 

The range and number of options will vary, dependant on new 'options' announced by government and Sentinel's own 'option' development. Home ownership

  • Shared Ownership - Part buy, part rent purchase option for Sentinel's brand new properties (eligibility conditions apply)
  • Right-to-buy - Purchase 100% of your existing Sentinel home with a discount (eligibility conditions apply)
  • Right-to-Acquire - Purchase 100% of your existing Sentinel home with a discount (eligibility conditions apply)
  • Re-sale properties - Purchase an existing property via the Shared Ownership purchase option (eligibility conditions apply)

Low-cost rental
