Keyworker Rental
Sentinel offer Key Worker rental (IMR-Intermediate Market Rent) properties in various locations in Basingstoke and Farnborough, which are available exclusively to Key Workers who meet the current eligibility conditions set by The Housing Corporation.
Properties are rented at 20% below the open market rental value, subject to applicants Key worker status. If you leave your Key worker role during the duration of your tenancy, this discount will no longer apply and you will be required to leave the property.
Eligibility for Key Worker rental properties is subject to change and can vary geographically subject to local recruitment and retainment conditions. Examples of Key workers who may be eligible include qualifying posts with the following employers (this list is not exhaustive):
- NHS
- LEA's
- Police
- Fire and rescue service
- Probation service
- HM Prison service
- Limited local authority staff
- Ministry of defence personnel

If you are not an eligible Key Worker, but are interested in lower rental payments please consult your local authority to discuss eligibility for joining your local housing register.
