Sentinel offer key worker rental IMR properties in various locations in North Hampshire, which are available exclusively to key workers who meet the current eligibility conditions set by The Housing Corporation.
Homes are rented at 20% below the open market rental value, subject to applicants' Key worker status. If you leave your key worker role during the duration of your tenancy, this discount will no longer apply and you will be required to leave the property.
Eligibility for key worker rental properties is subject to change and can vary geographically subject to local recruitment and retainment conditions.
