Please also note that Sentinel is a 'charitable' organisation and therefore we are required to assess applicants in terms of their housing need and their financial situation to ensure that they are suitable charitable beneficiaries. These assessments will apply to all applicants wishing to purchase/rent property from us except for current Sentinel tenants purchasing their existing home under the Right to Buy, Right to Acquire or Social Homebuy schemes.
