HomeTeam, our in-house repairs service, was launched on 3 September 2012.

Over their first year the 36 strong workforce, who are based in Winklebury, have completed over 22,000 repairs and with their instantly recognisable vans, out and about seven days a week, HomeTeam have become a familiar sight across north Hampshire and the surrounding area.

Bringing our maintenance service in-house has really helped us to provide a top class service for our customers as well as offering job security to skilled and qualified trades at a time when many in the building industry are struggling for work. We carry out an average of 425 repairs a week, 75 more than were carried out when HomeTeam was launched,  and our IT systems help cut the carbon footprint of our vans by minimising journey times between calls.

Since the launch of HomeTeam we’ve seen customer satisfaction with our repairs and maintenance service rise and we receive an average of 10 compliments a month from customers.

HomeTeam also help to support local youth employment by training apprentices. HomeTeam apprentices benefit from working alongside experienced professionals - on the tools four days a week and a fifth day out at college.
