Allocations Co-ordinator
Basingstoke • 37 hours • c. £18,500
An opportunity has arisen for an Allocations Co-ordinator to work within one of our Neighbourhood teams, allocating empty properties and dealing with applicants enquiries. You’ll arrange inspections for empty properties and liaise with customers and local authorities, ensuring the information we have is accurate and that our properties are let within our required timescales.
You’ll have excellent communication skills and be able to empathise with customers. Your proven ability to use IT systems – including spreadsheets and databases, will ensure you are up to speed quickly. You will be flexible and help out with all areas of administration within the team,
when necessary.
