Customer Service Centre Team Leader
37 hours per week • c. £25,000 dependent on experience • Ref: CSTL
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader, to join our busy and thriving Customer Service Centre.
Day to day you will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to maximise the contribution of the team ensuring the delivery of excellent Customer Service and the achievement of business objectives.
You’ll manage a team of Advisors and your experience of coaching and developing staff together with your ability to motivate and lead by example will ensure your success. A knowledge of call centre telecom technology is preferable, however, you will need excellent communication and IT skills to succeed in this role.
