Head of Property Services

c. £55,000 salary package

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for driving our approach to Asset Management and maintenance service excellence.
As an innovator and business thinker, coupled with excellent technical expertise, you will have the vision to build upon on our solid foundations to develop a cutting edge asset management service. You will be a leader able to build an effective and professional customer focused team, together with a strong track record in developing and maintaining strategic and operational partnerships with contractors and suppliers that generate positive performance outcomes. A relevant professional qualification is desirable.
