Regeneration Project Manager

£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits inc. car allowance

Project Management is more inspiring when you’re improving people’s quality of life. Here at Sentinel Housing Association, our solid funding and strong position in the South East has helped us put a £300m development programme into action. We’ve 800 homes in build, a healthy pipeline of projects and a plan to create around 500 family homes every single year. Quite simply, this is project management at its most rewarding.

We need a confident and highly skilled Project Manager within our regeneration team who can smoothly take charge of a range of affordable housing projects, from the moment the contract’s signed until they’re ready to be moved into.

Working closely with The Regeneration Manager, you’ll work across our regeneration portfolio, delivering components of each of the projects to ensure that the programme is successfully completed. You’ll work closely with local authorities, developers and contractors, as well as internal teams to deliver this important objective.

After that, your success will come from the way you integrate governance, legal structures, risk management, monitoring systems and exit considerations into every aspect of your work – and that of everyone around you. This will call for gravitas and influence as well as technical ability.
