We're celebrating an unbroken 10-year run of being awarded the Investor In People workplace accolade, marking a decade of looking after and motivating staff.

Investors in People is the kitemark for staff development, and is only awarded to organisations who are flexible enough to change to go the extra mile, match the right people to the right job, and improve skills. Only one in 15 of accredited firms have held the accolade for a decade.

Our investment in developing our people has already translated into an all-time high resident satisfaction rating of 87%, with customer service, friendliness of staff and listening to opinions all scoring highly.

Human Resources Manager Cathryn Gee said: "The people who work for us are our most important asset and we value them tremendously. We invest heavily in training and develop our staff to reach their full potential, and we're delighted to be recognised our commitment to our staff."

Research shows that employees at IIP-accredited firms are up to 40% more productive than non-accredited bodies. This is because of the extra time spent matching people to the services customers want, being flexible enough to change quickly, and being motivated enough to go the extra mile.
