Sentinel is proud to announce that the successful Bishops Green youth project is expanding. As the £20m transformation of the estate approaches fruition, local organisations including Sentinel have teamed up to replicate this outstanding work on an estate in nearby Greenham.

Youth and Community Worker

Full time.  £25,000 per annum.

An exciting opportunity to join successful charity as it expands its work into a new area.

You’ll need imagination, drive and commitment to take up the challenge of delivering real community improvements by working in partnership with local residents.  The role involves face-to-face youth work as well as supporting and developing community organisations.

Community Youth Project is a small charity that has a successful track record of imaginative youth work that has had a huge impact on young people and the wider community at Bishops Green, near Newbury.  We’re now planning to expand our work by employing a full time worker to be based in nearby Greenham.  The post is funded for three years.

Appointment will be subject to an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
