SEP 2010 Homing in - our new way to have your say

Every year we carry out 15,000 repairs to our homes .As we want to get it right first time, we used to send a survey, which was then posted back and loaded onto our system manually.

Now, our latest new service - Homing In - means that we will now call some of you after your repair's complete and ask you over the phone how it went.

You can give us your honest opinion while it's still fresh in your mind and if there are any issues we can sort them out quickly. Also, we're able to get much more in the way of responses which give us a wider cross-section of views.
