49 million funding for Housing in the South East
The Sappling Housing Partnership has successfully been allocated over 49million to deliver over 1000 affordable homes over the next two years across Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey.
Sappling - the innovative consortium of South East-based associations - comprises First Wessex Housing Group, Wessex Housing Partnership, Worthing Homes Ltd, Sentinel and Rosebery Housing Associations.
The allocation of grant support from the Housing Corporation will be split between the Sappling members for a mix of rented properties and key worker homes*.
Sappling Director Richard Ashdown said: We are delighted the Housing Corporation has showed its continued support for Sappling. This will give the Partnership the basis to grow into the future, enabling real investment in our communities.
