Sentinel is really keen to help you resolve problems with anti-social behaviour in your neighbourhood. We know how it spoils the enjoyment of living in your home.

If wish to report a new problem, please complete an initial report form.

In order to help you, we need plenty of detail about the problem, especially if it develops. We need you to help us collect this evidence.  We will use this in a number of ways, and might want to use it in any legal action we take. The simplest way we can collect evidence is by asking you to keep a diary or log of what happens. To make it easier, we have produced forms to help you record your diary.

For problems with noise, please use the noise nuisance form [ 99.32Kb]

For other problems with anti-social behaviour, please click here. ASB record form [ 100.38Kb]

Please send your forms to your Neighbourhood Co-ordinator, whose name can be found on the Your Neighbourhood pages of this website.

RESPECT

Sentinel signs up to Respect!

The Respcet drive is a Government strategy to tackle bad behaviour and nurture the good - and so help create the modern culture of respect.

It is about different agencies, local communities and citizens working together to build a society in which we can respect one another - where anti -social behaviour is rare and tackled effectively, and communities can live in peace together.

It's about showing tolerance, acceptance and common decency towards the people around us.

It's about being considerate  of the consequences of our behaviour for others

The Respect Action Plan aims to tackle the causes of anti-social behaviour and prevent the next generation becoming involved.

It recognises the importance of early intervention in families, homes and schools to prevent children and young people who are showing signs of problems from getting any worse.

There is an emphasis on enforcement and action against perptrators.  The Police and other afencies are encouraged to use the full range of tools and powers to del with anti-social behaviour.  Communities will also be encourafed to speak out about the problems they are facing.

In signing the Respect Standard we are making a visible commitment to residents and other interested parites.  We are committed to doing all we reasonably can to provide good services to tackles anti-social behaviour and create a culture of respect through our housing management role and breaoder involvement in neighbourhood management.
