Our Developments

At Sentinel we have ambitious plans.  There is a high demand for new and regenerated quality, mixed tenure homes - and we have the track record and financial capacity to deliver them.  Our development programme is growing thanks to our ability to secure land and work effectively in partnership with Local Authorities, Developers, the Housing Corporation and other stakeholders.  Our regeneration work has been recognised nationally and getting people involved and working closely with communities has been the key to our success.

We are the lead member for the Sappling Consortium and have overseen its success so that today it is one of the strongest regional consortia in the country.  Working with our partner housing associations we ensure significant amounts of government grant continues to be spent in the neighbourhoods we care about.  Click on the Sappling link to find out more.
