An estate wide regeneration programme in partnership with Rushmoor Borough Council and Hart
District Council to provide 238 new homes for general needs rent, shared ownership and equity swap.

Loddon Ridge, Chineham, Basingstoke, Hampshire [PDF]

Section 106 site built in partnership with Gleeson Homes Southern. The scheme comprised of 27 units in total with 2-bed flats and 1, 2, 3, 5-bed houses, 14 shared ownership and 13 general needs rent.
