Chawton Park is a new development of 54 affordable homes in the Alton area. The scheme includes a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties built with the latest energy saving technology to ensure that new residents can keep their energy costs low.

Renting

These new properties are based in the East Hants District Council area so if you are interested in renting one of these homes you should first register on the East Hants District Council housing list.

If you are eligible and when you have registered you will then be able to bid on a Chawton Park property using East Hants' Choice Based Lettings scheme (Hampshire Home Choice).
