Clewborough Rise, Frimley

This new development of 60 homes near Frimley is built on the site of Clewborough House school which closed in 2005.

Work began on site in May 2010 and is expected to complete by August 2012. More than £400,000 will be invested in local amenities, including better facilities for teenagers at Frimley Recreation Ground, library, community and re-cycling facilities in the district. Contributions have also been made for public transport vouchers and for future maintenance of the public open space.

Renting

These new properties are based in the Surrey Heath Borough Council area so if you are interested in renting one of these homes you should first register on the Surrey Heath Borough Council housing list. If you are eligible and when you have registered you will then be able to bid on a Clewborough Rise property using Surrey Heath's Choice Based Lettings scheme.
