Outdated maisonettes and concrete walkways are being replaced with 220 stylish family homes and apartments, as part of this £40m regeneration project in Basingstoke.
Renting
These new properties are based in the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council area so if you are interested in renting one of these homes you should first register on the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council housing list.
If you are eligible and when you have registered you will then be able to bid on a Popley Islands property using Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's Choice Based Lettings scheme (Homebid).
