Welcome to Sentinel's online repairs reporting system. You can report a repair at any time using our easy to follow diagrams.

It is important however to note that requests are not monitored outside normal office hours.  During these times emergency repairs should be reported by telephone on 0800 195 5515.

The system helps you to identify the problem and will provide you with advice along the way.  All requests will have to be verified before they are processed.

Sentinel is committed to providing an effective, efficient and economic repair service. We realise that this is important to our residents. The online system helps you by being available twenty-four hours a day and helps us to provide a better service.
