Your Tenancy
All our tenants have a Tenancy Agreement that explains what Sentinel will do for you - for example, how we will repair your home - and what you are expected to do - such as paying your rent and not to cause a nuisance to your neighbours.We have produced a range of Customer Information Sheets which explain in more detail what you can expect from Sentinel. They also explain what we expect of you as a tenant.
One of the areas that causes most concern to some of our customers is nuisance and anti-social behaviour in their neighbourhood. We have, therefore, created a range of leaflets to help you if you suffer from any nuisance or anti-social behaviour.
