Sappling
Sappling is one of 115 partners entrusted by the Housing Corporation to deliver the government's affordable housing programme across the country.
Sappling leads the way by continuing to be one of the best performing delivery partners under the Housing Corporation's Investment programme in the South East.
It's members are:
- Sentinel Housing Association (lead member)
- First Wessex Housing Group, including Atlantic, Pavilion and Portsmouth Housing Associations
- Rosebery Housing Association
- Wessex Housing Partnership, including HVHS and Kingfisher Housing Association
- Worthing Homes
Within the framework of the Sappling strategy and their own strategies, each member ensures a local focus on communities and neighbourhoods in their operational area.
