Sentinel has a range of developments geared to supporting people who are older, less mobile, reaching retirement or wanting the assurance of help as and when its needed. All flats and bungalows are connected to Sentinel's CommuniCare alarm system and most developments have a residents lounge, laundry, hairdressing suite, and guest facilities. Staff can call to check on residents' wellbeing, help with practical problems, access other services or summon help for residents, and help with social activities and events.
Sentinels developments for older people in North Basingstoke, Tadley, Kingsclere, Fleet, Hook, Hartley Wintney, and Church Crookham are open to anyone over 55 years of age, including homeowners and people living outside the area who have a local connection. People under the age of 55 can also be considered in special circumstances.
