Our sheltered homes

We have more than 800 sheltered homes to rent across north Hampshire to suit all tastes and circumstances. All our flats and bungalows are connected to our 24-hour alarm system, and most have a residents' lounge, laundry, hairdressing suite, and guest stopover facilities.

Our staff assist with practical help, such as pointing customers to other services, and help with social activities and events.

Although we usually operate a 55 years and over policy, we can consider younger people in special circumstances.
