Your Team, managing homes in Oakridge, South View, Old Basing, Crown Heights, Houndsmill and Kempshott
Neighbourhood Manager Melissa Chapman
The Neighbourhood Managers have responsibility for allocating homes, dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy changes and ensuring your neighbourhood is kept in good order. They work with other organisations such as the Community Wardens and local police. NCOs lead on local resident involvement activities, including Rubbish Raiders, Get With and Pride in Your Place walkabouts.
Mary Curtis manages South View & Crown Heights working on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Lynne Grimshaw manages Freemantle, Silvester, Taverner, Westray, Bennet Martin, Gregory and Coleman Close in Oakridge. She works on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Julie Williams manages Oakridge Village, Old Basing, Houndsmill and Kempshott
Mary Curtis and Lynne Grimshaw work as a team, so that both their areas are covered every day.
Maintenance. Please report all repairs through our website or by telephoning the customer service centre on 0800 195 5515.
Our surveryor Paul Thomas oversees all day to day maintenance for the team. You may find him assessing repairs that are needed or assessing the quality of the repairs.
Arrears Recovery Officer Shaun Parmar. Shaun will assist you in any enquiries concerning payment of rent. He can help you with getting debt advice and in claims for Housing Benefit.
Anti-Social Behaviour Officer Beth Holmyard. Where a case becomes more difficult or time-consuming, Beth will take over cases from Neighbourhood Co-ordinators. She deals with most of our legal action on Anti-Social Behaviour.
Participation Co-ordinator Richard Pilbeam. Richard is a specialist on ensuring that residents can help us provide you with the services you need.
Garage Officer Sandy Balchin. Sandy deals with the allocation and management of all our garages.
Caretakers Sid Bradley and Mick Parker, keep our Basingstoke estates looking clean and tidy.
The team is supported by Hazel Ivory, Janet Pickering and Sandra Crook, who are the Team Administrator.
