Meet your neighbourhood team

Your Neighbourhood Manager is Chantal Mitchell. Chantal manages the team and is responsible for the team's Neighbourhood Plan. She also has the policy lead for Anti-Social Behaviour.

There are currently three Neighbourhood Co-ordinators, Louisa Davis who covers Yateley, Blackwater and Hartley Wintney, Tina Widdison who covers Hook, Crondall and Church Crookham and Anita Foster who covers Fleet and Odiham area. We are currently recruiting a new Neighbourhood Co-ordinator to cover Farnborough and Aldershot. The Neighbourhood Co-ordinators deal with anti-social behaviour, new lettings, tenancy changes, local resident involvement activities and ensure your neighbourhood is kept in good order. They work with other organisations such as the Community Wardens and local police.

Your Maintenance Surveyors are Simon Port and Peter Trafford. They oversee all day to day maintenance for the team. You may find them assessing repairs that are needed, or inspecting the quality of repairs.

Gill Adams and Pauline Duncombe are the Arrears Recovery Officers for your neighbourhood. They can help you with any queries about paying your rent. They can also help you with getting debt advice, referrals to support services and making claims for Housing Benefit.

Sylvia Wilkins is the Allocations Co-ordinator responsible for allocating all of Sentinel’s properties in the team's area through the choice based lettings scheme, this includes liaising with neighbouring local authorities and other agencies when necessary.

Jan Barron manages Hathlands Court our Homeless Hostel. As the Residential Scheme Manager Jan works closely with the neighbourhood team, Hart District Council and other agencies. Heathlands has 22 self contained flats, an activities room and laundry. Jan also helps residents run several groups and applies for funding.

The team Caretaker is Bob Grover. Bob is responsible for ensuring that Sentinel’s neighbourhoods are kept clean and tidy, whilst carrying out specific caretaking tasks including cleaning and bulk collections.

The team is supported by Eileen Davy the Team Administrator. Eileen supports all members of the team. She takes the lead role with Mutual Exchange applications and Graduation of Starter Tenancies to Assured. She also works closely with the Hart & District’s Neighbourhood Panel attending monthly meetings.

Each Neighbourhood Team works with local residents to develop a Neighbourhood Plan. This helps us to make sure we're working on the things that are most important to you. Click here (515.19kb) to see the plan for your neighbourhood.
