We’re responding to the affordable housing shortage...

Sentinel has ambitious plans to provide an extra 3,000 new homes across north Hampshire for rent and shared ownership by 2013.

We’ve got the following new developments In your neighbourhood area:

Limes Park

Limes Park, near the North Hants Hospital, will provide around 150 new homes for rent and shared ownership. The first residents moved into the area last year and we’ll continue to let new homes into 2010.

We've also just secured an additional 21 homes on Limes Park which are due for completion in December 2009.

Harness Court

New homes in Harness Court Limes Park BasingstokeHarness Court, Basingstoke is a stunning new development of 24 three and four bed homes completed in July this year and have now all been let.
