New homes near you

We’re responding to the affordable housing shortage with ambitious plans to provide an extra 3,000 new homes across north Hampshire for rent and shared ownership by 2013.

We’ve got the following new developments in your neighbourhood area:

Longfellow Parade, Popley

We’ve worked closely with local residents and other agencies to make sure this regeneration project continues to be a success with minimal disruption to the community.

The completed development will provide 99 new homes and three new shops.

Maldive Road & Faroe Close, Popley

We now have planning approval to regenerate this area which will see 120 unpopular three-bedroom maisonettes, built in 5 storey blocks demolished and replaced with 231 new homes.

German Road, Bramley & Marnel Park, Popley

We’re working with leading developers on both sites. During 2009 we will be able to provide 49 new homes in German Roadand 46 in Marnel Park Popley. Once completed we’ll be working with new residents to help create thriving communities.
