New homes near you

We’re responding to the affordable housing shortage with ambitious plans to provide an extra 3,000 new homes across north Hampshire for rent and shared ownership by 2013.

We’ve got the following new developments in your neighbourhood area:

Bramley

We have built 49 new homes is Bramley Green, Bramley in partnership with George Taylor Wimpy.

Popley

We have completed a further 25 homes on Marnel Park having already built 61 new homes to date in partnership with David Wilson Homes.

Longfellow Parade has been demolished and has been replaced with 89 new homes.

The demolition of the 120 outdated maisonettes in Faroe Close and Maldive Road has taken place and the development of 202 new homes is underway. Residents have now started moving in to the first wave of completed properties. Neighbours living in the immediate area will receive regular newsletters, and we'll keep you all posted here.

Sherfield-on-Loddon

There is a new development in Sherfield-on-Loddon, providing 23 new homes including:

12 x 2 bedroom, 6 x 2 bedroom houses and  5 x 3 bedroom houses.
