Your neighbourhood has a dedicated team of staff offering expert advice and support to help you and your family make the most of your home and community.
Your neighbourhood manager
Your neighbourhood manager is Steve Thorn he manages the team and is responsible for the Team’s Neighbourhood Plan. He also has the policy lead for Rent Arrears, Former Tenancy Arrears, Financial Inclusion/Debt Management, Income Recovery and Recharges.
Neighbourhood Co-ordinators
There are three Neighbourhood Co-ordinators who are responsible for allocating homes, dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy changes and ensuring your neighbourhood is kept in good order. They work with other organisations such as the Community Wardens and local police. NCOs lead on local resident involvement activities, including Rubbish Raiders, Get With and Pride in Your Place walkabouts.
Maintenance Surveyor
Adam Donovan is your Maintenance Surveyor. Adam oversees all day to day maintenance for the team. You may find him assessing repairs that are needed, or inspecting the quality of repairs. Please report all repairs through our website or by telephoning the Customer Service Centre on 0800 195 5515 from a landline or 0300 666 5515 from your mobile.
Paying your rent
Lynn Van den Broek is the team Arrears Recovery Officer. Lynn can help with any enquiries about paying your rent. She can help you with getting debt advice and assist with claims for Housing Benefit. Brenda Wilding is our administrator responsible for providing administrative support to the arrears enforcement team. Her role is to support the team by referring cases to court, recording outcomes from court cases, arranging meetings and assisting the team to maximise rental income for the organisation.
The Team Administrator is Alyson Pittman. Alyson supports the team with administration tasks. She also processes mutual exchange applications, manages starter tenancy visits, produces team newsletters and assists the Allocations Co-ordinator and Neighbourhood Co-ordinators.
Neighbourhood Plan
Each Neighbourhood Team works with local residents to develop a Neighbourhood Plan. This helps us to make sure we're working on the things that are most important to you. The latest version will be posted here soon
