Maintaining your home
Maintaining your home to a good standard is top of our agenda. Our day to day repairs service is second to none and your neighbourhood team has a dedicated Maintenance Surveyor making sure our repairs service meets the high standards we’ve set alongside our customers.
Support and advice
Looking after your home is only part of what we do. Your Neighbourhood Co-ordinator (NCO) can help with everything to do with your tenancy, from the moment you move into your home, through changes in your family circumstances to the time you may decide to move.
We’re here to help if things go wrong. If you have a problem with a neighbour, are struggling with your finances or maybe going through a family break up, we have specialist staff who can offer advice and support. And if they can’t help, we can refer you to someone who can.
Some of our neighbourhood teams cover a wide geographical area, but because we’re based locally, we’re a maximum of 30 minutes away from any of our customers.
Most of the time we’re even closer as we spend at least 70% of our time out of the office and in your communities. It’s this style of working that gives us great local knowledge and an understanding of the needs of your community.

We’re about more than bricks and mortar, we’re about community as well. We take part in and organise local community events, help set up community groups and sponsor community activities such as sports teams and art projects.
