New homes near you

We’re responding to the affordable housing shortage with ambitious plans to provide an extra 3000 new homes across north Hampshire for rent and shared ownership by 2013.

We’ve got the following new developments in your neighbourhood area:

Augusta Park, East Anton, Andover is our first development in Test Valley and we’re working hard to build relationships with the local authority and partner agencies. The first 15 new homes were let in August & September 2009 and these will be followed by a further 123 new homes for local people.
