Ways to pay your rent
It's highly secure so you needn't worry about your money online.
We use the Allpay internet payment facility which is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
You need an Allpay card to pay online and you should have one in your starter pack. But if you've lost it, email email@example.com and we’ll get you a new one.
Just sign up using the code along the front of your Allpay card. Or download the Allpay app.
The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit.
Once you’ve set this up your rent is automatically transferred from your account each month.
It’s quick and easy to do. Simply download and fill in the Direct Debit form, send it to our Finance Team at 56 Kingsclere Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 6XG and we’ll do the rest for you.
You can pay your rent through your bank. We’re with Barclays Bank - our account number is 80913685 and our sort code is 20-05-00.
Please use your customer account number or name and address as the reference.

To make paying your rent even quicker and easier, download the app on your smartphone. You can then top up your account, wherever you are, at the touch of a button.
Over the phone
You can use the automated Allpay phone system by calling 0844 557 8321 and make a payment at any time day or night. To use this 24/7 service you need an Allpay card and a debit card.
Paying with cash
You can also use your Allpay card to pay by cash at the post office or any supermarket, petrol station or newsagent's displaying the PayPoint logo.
