  • How can I pay my rent?

    You can set up a direct debit, do it online, over the phone, or pay at a registered shop.

  • Can I go on the housing list?

    Housing waiting lists are managed by your local council.

    You’ll need to complete a housing needs registration form, which we can post to you or you can download from your council’s website.

  • How can I move house?

    There are a number of ways you can move.

    You can swap your home with another one of our customers, or someone living in another housing association or council home.

    You can also transfer to another home through your local council. You'll need to complete a housing needs registration form which we can post to you or you can collect from our offices. You can also download the forms from your council's website.

  • How much notice do I have to give when ending my tenancy?

    We'll be sorry to see you go, but these things happen! You’ll need to give us 4 weeks notice, by filling out the ending a tenancy form.

    We're happy for you to put a single shed up in your back garden as long as it meets the criteria.

  • Who do I call if I’ve got problems with my gas central heating, boiler or for gas servicing?

    Our reception is open weekdays from 10am - 3pm. And our Phone lines are open weekdays from 8am - 5.30pm (4.30pm on Fridays).
