Make A Payment

Paying the rent is the most important part of your tenancy with us. The money we collect from rents goes to pay for the services that we provide for you. So we want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and other charges. This means giving you a wide choice of different ways to pay so you can choose the best and most convenient one for you.

Here are the choices you have:

Pay rent online

If you wish to pay online, please click the Allpay logo below and you will be redirected. Allpay is our preferred internet payment facility.

If you currently pay at a post office or at our offices, you can use the Allpay card. As well as using a post office, you can now make payments at any outlet displaying the PayPoint or PAYzone symbol.

Standing Orders

This can be set-up on a weekly or monthly basis, but can take at least 14 days to credit your account for Basingstoke tenants and 7 days for Hart tenants.


Former tenants of Hart Housing Association can still pay by cash at the Fleet office. The Basingstoke office does not accept cash.


Please make cheques payable to 'Sentinel Housing Association' and post them or hand them to our reception at either the Basingstoke office or the Fleet office. Please write your address or property reference number on the back of the cheque. Receipts will not normally be issued for cheque payments.
